If we fail to deliver what was specified in the project agreement, we'll either fix it at no charge or refund the affected portion. We don't offer blanket refunds for change-of-mind, but we've never had a client request one because we stay in close communication throughout the project to ensure the result matches expectations.
Can I see the source code and take it elsewhere?
Yes. You own 100% of the code we write for you. We provide full source code, database access, server credentials, and documentation. There's no vendor lock-in — you can take the project to any other developer if you choose.
Do you offer post-launch support and maintenance?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance plans covering security updates, backups, performance monitoring, and content changes, plus monthly retainers for digital marketing (SEO, ads). We don't publish fixed rates — message us on WhatsApp for a plan tailored to your needs.
