Refund Policy

Elance Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. works through clear scopes and milestone approvals. Fees paid for completed, approved, or already-started work are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, eligible refunds are assessed after deducting payment gateway charges, discovery effort, planning time, and any committed third-party costs.

For retainers, cancellations apply from the next billing cycle unless a written agreement states otherwise. Third-party subscriptions, ad spends, hosting, domains, licenses, and platform fees are not refundable by Elance Consultancy.

Refund requests must be sent to info@elanceconsultancy.com with the project name, payment reference, and reason for the request.
